We have a final sale policy. Meaning that once you have placed an order, there is no way to refund or exchange the items.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exchanges

We only accept exchanges within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact us via email for assistance with exchanges.
